Our website has no forms; no personal data is collected directly through the website. No special categories of personal data are processed.
3. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, meetings, trade fairs and visits; during website visits it is collected automatically through server logs and, if you consent, cookies.
4. Transfers of personal data
Within Türkiye: Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions, our financial and legal advisers, transport and courier companies, and business partners involved in project installation.
Abroad: Website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA), corporate email (Google), communication via WhatsApp (WhatsApp/Meta) and, if you consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads) are provided by service providers located abroad. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law; for cookies on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9/6-a), and for other services on the basis of the appropriate safeguards provided for in the Law.
5. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable legislation; for example, commercial books and records are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code. When the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie retention periods are listed in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You can send your request in writing, together with information verifying your identity, to the address above or to info@asilhali.com.tr. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request (KVKK Art. 13). If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
