How We Work

In order to visit our customer who has contacted our customer service, we agree on a mutually acceptable date and time, and we go for exploration to the place, where carpet application will be made, to understand our customers' requests and needs.

And in order to understand the dreams behind our customers' expectations by means of our 80 years of knowledge and experience, we use their insights. We go around the place with our customer and take photos and measurements of the place. If there is a project example requested by our customer, we create the concept via the project example. If there is no project example, we, with our professional interior architects, create carpet designs by choosing from among special colors and patterns within the budget determined according to interior decoration.

We apply the prepared carpet designs on the real visuals of the place and share the concepts with our customer. After final changes of our customer are made on the concepts, we start the sample production. After the sample production is shared with our customer and final arrangements are made and approval is obtained, we proceed to the real production.

After the production, we coordinate the eligibility and cleaning phases of the place where the laying is to be carried out and ship our prepared customized carpets to the place. Our architect, who is the supervisor of the project, and our experienced application team start to apply the carpet according to the approved carpet project. After the application, we wait at least for two days so that the adhesive applied under the carpets dry. If there are defects arising due to the expansion or shrinkage that may occur during drying, we deliver the project to our customer after our team checks and fixes them.
