Are the photos of your carpets close to reality and how can I make sure that the color I see on the screen is the true color of the carpet?

The photographs of our carpets are taken professionally through a high-resolution digital camera in a color-temperature-controlled environment and are processed using Adobe Photoshop. Our carpet photographs are presented on our website with their real colors. However, the type, quality, and age of the screen used to display the carpets will affect how the photographs and colors are displayed on the screen.

Do you offer exploration service?

Our exploration and material scale services are available in accordance with the demands and needs of our customers.

Do you make custom design carpets?

Yes. We produce in different patterns, colors, and materials to meet your special needs, for custom design carpet demands.

Can I cancel my order?

If a custom production order, advance payment of which was made, is proceeded to production, it cannot be canceled.

What is Grass Carpet? What are the uses of Grass Carpet?

Grass carpet is a type of carpet, in which synthetic fibril or monofilament yarns in shades of green are used as yarn, which has a fluff length from 5 mm to 55 mm, and which is woven in tufting machines. Sometimes, the yarns are sewn on the base cloth and cut at the desired length, then the latex base coating is applied. Our grass carpet models that are more durable thanks to this are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

How can I track my order?

If our customer accepts to apply in the way we envisage, we provide mounting guarantee in our carpet projects.

What are the factors determining the cost of your carpets?

One of the key elements in carpet selection is economic means. There are many options and price ranges according to our customers' demands and budgets allocated for this matter. The important thing is how long you want to use the carpet. The main factors determining the costs are the quality of the yarn, the quality of the weaving, and the quantity of m2 demanded.

Are your carpets' yarn colors permanent?

Yes, our yarn colors are permanent. Our yarn dyeing process ensure the yarn to heat up to a very high temperature so that the dye fully penetrates the full core of the yarn fiber. When you try to look at our product under a microscope, you can see that the color of the dye actually penetrated the whole yarn.

How can I choose the appropriate tile carpet?

What is the fluff weight?

The fluff weight is measured by the weight of the fiber per m2. The density of fiber directly affects the durability and performance of the carpet. The carpet with more fluff weight is more durable and more expensive.

What are the areas of application of the tile carpets?

The areas of application of the tile carpets are office areas, bank administration buildings and branches, government offices and public institutions, hotels and their management offices, cinema and theater halls, conference halls, concert areas, congress centers, trade centers, management offices of factories, fair and stand areas.

Yes, we have a catalog. If you want, we can send you a digital catalog. You can also request our catalogs from us via courier. However, we recommend you to follow our products and projects via our website that is continuously updated.

Are your carpets covered by the manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, our carpets are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Every carpet we sell is covered by exactly 2-year manufacturer's warranty. We warrant your carpets against any workmanship, material, or manufacturing faults for two (2) years from the date of the original purchase. Within this period, the manufacturer shall, at its own discretion, repair or replace your carpet without charge. However, normal wear and abrasion that may occur in carpets is not covered by the warranty.

Do your carpets contain chemicals?

Your carpet definitely does not contain harmful chemicals. It is created by formulating the materials, which are contained also in the products from food products to textile products that we daily use, by a special mixture.

Where are Asil Halı products produced?

Machine carpets are produced in our factory in Kayseri, Turkey, and handmade carpets are produced in villages in different regions of Turkey.

What is tufting carpet?

Tufting carpet is a type of carpet preferred by many manufacturers. Today, tufting carpet is made by once more weaving the tuft yarns over a ground that was woven before. This type of carpet weaving is called weaving by the technique of tuft and is widely preferred today.

What are the characteristics of the carpets woven with wool?

The carpets woven with wool yarn have a much longer life than artificial yarns. We produce wholesale custom "Hand Woven" carpets depending on the expectations, demands, and requests of our customers with respect to home carpets. We also produce wholesale machine home carpets for some of our customers abroad.

What are the benefits of dense carpet weaving?

The weaving density is the main element indicating how much yarn (raw material) is used in the carpet. The higher the density, the greater the thermal insulation and the durability. As for the yarn height, it is indicative of the comfort, not the quality. In general, the higher the yarn, the more difficult the cleaning and the higher the comfort.

What are the properties of the carpets woven with acrylic (artificial wool) and polyamide yarns?

The carpets woven with acrylic (artificial wool) and polyamide yarns are resistant to the weight and impression of things and maintain their first day looks for a long time. Rip carpet is used in large areas such as fairs, stands, walking corridors, exhibition areas, and meeting rooms.
